Voluptuous, velvet Proteas. Their petals are so round and full inviting you into this exotic Protea gathering. The variation of angles, with the flowers, creates movement through the painting drawing your eye on a journey from the lower right corner to the top. Balance is achieved, in the composition, with the placement of the red, pink and peach flowers and the playful addition of the variety of green leaves.
The artwork is painted on textured watercolour paper of the highest quality, 300 gsm.

Framed in a box frame made of Tasmanian Oak, which is sustainably grown in Victoria, stained with a cashew shade. The artwork is floated on top of a mat board, raised up to create a beautiful shadow line and sits behind the art glass. This original artwork comes framed only.
